BB Rows: 4X10

Hammer Strength Rows: 4X10

Hammer Strength Pulldowns: 4X10

Lat Pushdowns: 4X10

Machine Crunches: 3X15

Hanging Knee Raises: 3X10

Cable Woodchoppers: 3X10

It's hard for me, a back workout doesn't feel like a back workout unless I deadlift, but my lower back being in the condition that it's currently in I've had to stray away from anything that puts stress on it.
