Preacher Curls: 10, 10, 10, 8

Incline DB Curls: 10, 10, 7, 10

Incline V-Grip Cable Ext: 4X10

Machine Dips: 4X10
ss w/
Machine Curls: 4X10

Tricep Pushdowns: 4X10

Swiss Ball Crunches: 3X15

Reverse Woodchoppers: 3X10

Got to workout with some buddies, was happy that we were able to get through all this around the hour mark. No complaints here, slowly getting my strength back, and hoping by next week to feel normal again.
