I can only give you my weight its 198, its almost the same. I got better conditioning now so I might add LISS from monday to thursday, 4 weight training sessions and the 2 soccer games per week which are friday night and sunday morning. Diet is going to be cut up tu 1500 cals 5 meals a day, I wont cut any more cals, I was around 1700. I think this will work.
