thanks guys...really appreciate it. i think the benefits of occlusion are vast...and the scientific community as a whole will begin to realize this more and more each year...a few studies that are coming out soon are just showing amazing results of occlusion...increasing aerobic capacity after 2 weeks in athletes...attenuating muscle/strength loss after 30 days of unloading...i for one am very excited
