*Awesome day today. A few PRs as well. I tried some DC training on my assistance lifts and I loved it. The stretching was new to me and that will take some time to get used to. The whole workout was super intense and to the point.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
