Look forward to the article. For a while now I've been thinking if it was worth while training to failure on a cut and even if it was counter productive.
I was actually thinking that at the end of my current cut I would go on a mini bulk and train to failure. Then go on a mini cut and and just try maintain max lifts (for reps) achieved from bulk cycle, but stop short of reaching failure.
Would it be better to just bulk for 12 weeks (6 weeks training to failure and 6 weeks stoping short) and repeat for a cut
Or 6 weeks bulk (train to failure) and 6 weeks cut (stopping short of failure)
Or will I have to wait for the article to find my own answer lol
