If cheats are a good thing, how often should I allow myself to do so?
Lacrosse was good last night, sweating like a pig (as usual), but I got hit into the boards and landed on my knee, so I took this morning off. Game tomorrow night. I will be weighing in probably on the weekend, to see if any changes have happened since last week.
That brings me to my next question, how often should I be weighing in? I mean I don't want to do it daily, but is weekly enough? Bi-weekly? I am not sure.
