m1: 1.5 cups fruit, 2hams, 2 eggs, 3 quesadillas 600cal
m2: yogurt 200cal
m3: chicken salad: 500cal
m4: tacos 400cal

Total: 1700cal

Workout BACK

Cardio: 15 mins ~180bpm
Pulldowns: 5 sets 160lbsX7
Seated rows: 5 sets 180lbsX8
DB curls: 40'sX4 per arm
