today was a f'n disgrace...i was literally embarrassed with my performance...i realize you have days where you just don't have it...but it doesn't mean i have to be happy with it...i'm getting close to that meet so i'm going to be making the switch back over to Layneside...when in doubt, i follow the man with the plan...worked for me at the last meet and it WILL work at the next one...i'm absolutely disgusted with myself right now
