today was a pretty good day...took my little champion to his fitness class this morning then i headed to school and did some work...i've got a lot of work i'm trying to do before i leave for Baltimore next Tuesday...ill be in Baltimore from Tue-Sat for ACSM...i actually hope to train with some fellow Team Norton/Team ABC members...should be a really good time...tonight i'm going out for one of my friends birthdays...i won't be staying out too late tonight though...i want to put in a good 4-5 hours of data analysis tomorrow before UFC...so i will need to get at least some rest
