Tuesday 18 may

m1: 2eggs, ham, 2 slices bread, beans
m2: tuna salad
m3: 2 quesadillas with meat

huge breakfast today, kept me full


15mins cardio
4 supersets: bent over rows 135lbs and pulldowns 140lbs
5 sets: db curls 30'sX12

next week i'll start posting quantities, you know a little more detail, you know just so you don't stay in shock when i win
