M1: whey protein w/ water mix (sugar free)
fish oil
multivitamin
calcium (lack of milk/dairy)
M2: Oats and cinnamon
M3: Small steak unseasoned
M4: Turkey stick (like pepperoni but better)
M5: Chicken Breast w/ Cayenne pepper and greens (broccoli/celery/peas)
M6: Whey Protein shake w/ water
WO day supplements:
Purple K Creatine
Xtend Orange
