Am I In? This is MY challange boy!
1 hour cardio last night. 40 mins bike, 20 mins treadmill 3.8mph, 12 incline.
Playing drums in a band again, so add another 2 hours of cardio on the set (mild intensity at the most). Tonight I am moving furniture from my grandparents place out of their basement, then down into my basement which should suffice for my lack of a workout today. Tomorrow I will hit Abs. Diet has been steady thus far. I have a new turkey chili recipe that I think some of you guys may be interested in. It was pretty **** good, and all whole/good foods.
I will try to add that sometime next week.
Ps. Albert, you will have to do more than 3 WO's/day to keep up with the monster that is Jonesy.
