In & Out Crunches: 3X12

Machine Crunches: 20X12X3

Oblique Crunches: 20X12X3

Yesterday had a good workout, unfortunately I experience a minor setback. I ruptured a couple internal hemorrhoids during work yesterday, I've been put on light duty for two weeks. I've decided to go on a mini cut in the period since I can't lift heavy.
