Incline BB: 155X10, 185X10X3

Hammer Strength Iso Bench: 2PX10, 2P+25'sX10X2, 4PX8

Cable Flys: 40X10, 50X10, 60X10, 70X10

Smith Machine Decline: 2P+25'sX10X2, 2P+35'sX8X2

Leg Press Calf Raises: 2PX12X6

Chest got a great stretch today especially on the hammer strength machine, it allowed me to get a greater ROM without the discomfort in my shoulder.
