-A side note, i have noticed today that i have been doing TONS of upperbody assistance work..Mike, next time you check in, was this for any reason in particular? the only day legs get worked is leg day, i have done dips on shoulder, chest days so far...are we unbalanced...or am i missing something?!?!? (either way, im making huge progress!)
