Forearm strength felt good today, I will continue to attempt to make them stronger so I can go up in weight without straps. Great back workout. On another note my daughter turned 4 today, it seems just like yesterday she was born, it's crazy. My baby boy is due July 2nd which is right around the corner, the Lord continues to bless me and I'm extremely thankful for that.
