Continuous Grip Deadlifts: 315X10/135XF, 320X8/135XF, 325X6/135XF, 330X6/135XF

DB Pullovers: 30X12, 35X10, 40X8 followed at 3 alternating reps per arm

Seated Cable Rows to neck: 100X12, 110X10, 120X8

Back Ext: BWXFX3

Lat Pulldowns: 150X10/100XS, 160X10/110XS, 170X8/120XS static was for 30 seconds

Machine Crunches: 20X12X3

Forearm strength felt good today, I will continue to attempt to make them stronger so I can go up in weight without straps. Great back workout. On another note my daughter turned 4 today, it seems just like yesterday she was born, it's crazy. My baby boy is due July 2nd which is right around the corner, the Lord continues to bless me and I'm extremely thankful for that.
