Lower back spec phase for a few weeks, I feel it is a weak link in my squatting and pulling.

Actually not finished, still have to pull (I started on the hypertrophy bench day). I will write up my analysis after that.

Would have liked to pull last night, but outside home improvement projects took precedence due to the gorgeous weather and then my father in law came to visit.....then I worked a midnight shift (11-7) and came straight to my full time job (7:30 to 3:30). So I am pretty tired, probably hit the sack early tonight and pull tomorrow.
