Last Bench workout of Workout Machine 6 week cycle

Heavy Bench

Flat Bench
260x3, 3 sets
280x1
290x1

CGBP
220x5
230x5
240x5 PR

Inc Bench
180x5
190x5

Dips
BWx21 PR
BWx22 new PR

Don't understand what happened on the second set of dips, I didn't rest super long either. I should have been tired from the previous set which was a PR, but I busted out 1 more rep for a new PR.

Solid finish to benching, my chest and triceps definitely look fuller to me from the hypertrophy workouts.
