Seated Leg Curls: 120X10, 140X10X2, 160X8

Glute Isolator Machine: 60X10X2, 70X10, 80X10

Adductor Machine: 150X10X2, 160X10, 170X10

Leg Ext: 225X10, 240X10, 255X10, 270X10

Legs felt like noodles upon leaving the gym this morning, made for an interesting day at work.
