Seated military press
Not the best for shoulders today. i expected more on military press. upright rows felt good atleast. As for CGBP, my shoulder clicks on dips and CGBP but recently it has begun hurting and it stopped me in my tracks so after one set i called it a day. Need to get it checked out i think as i dont know if i will be able to bench next week if it continues.
Do or do not, there is no try.
