Widegrip Pulldowns: 130X8, 150X8X2

DB Pullovers: 25X12, 30X10, 35X8 followed at 3 alternating reps per arm

Seated Cable Rows to neck: 90X12, 100X10, 110X8

Back Ext: BWXFX3

Machine Crunches: 20X10X3

Standing Oblique Crunches: PX10X3

Back was destroyed, I was struggling through work today, can't wait until it's time for my head to hit the pillow, and see what the DOMS fairy brings me in the morning.
