Great workout today. my first attempt at 5, 3, 1 scheme for squats and i loved it. i managed 2 reps on my final set which was 98% of my theoretical 1RM and i found it easy so i think im atleast on 265-270, i will find out next week. The rest of the workout went well and im not lookign forward to the DOMs from the occlusion training.
DE deads were very explosive.
