*Decent day 8 out of 10. My shoulders and tris were a bit sore so reverse band bench only went ok I wanted a big pr but did not have the strength today. First time doing db clean and presses. I thought I would throw them in because you see them a lot in strongman competitions now.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
