*Good intensity alternating squats with DLs is working nice. I should have done goodmornings instead of 18 inch DL for more hamstring work. Gone back to Max-Ot for a change and I can train 5 days a week.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
