I hit my PR on squats, and easily
. I also altered my warmups slightly as i felt last time i could have doen a better prgression. Bench press was a struggle, ive never known a last rep to feel so heavy and i almost failed it, so looks like its the same wieght next time. DL's feel great now and are getting heavier. im on the verge of switching to an over/under grip.
