Squats are feeling very good. ive got my old groove back and im confident of setting a new PR within the next 10 days. After last weeks PR's for OH press and Rows i kept the weight the same as my form was a bit sloppy on my final reps. This time round it felt better. especially OH press. Rows on the otherhand im going to keep at the same weight for another workout as my last few reps sucked and i was finding myself bringing my body down to the weight a bit too much.
Gonna hit a new PR for bench this week so bring on Weds!
