Money, 350 for 9 was nice. I felt so physically ill afterwards it was amazing. I definitely fell asleep from exhaustion between sets of chin-ups. I think my legs are still purple from the occlusion as well. Off tomorrow and dynamic deadlifts on Tuesday.
