Defying Gravity, Workout #12, Jan. 23th, 2010: Hypertrophy Bench
It was well done. Bench was solid, just trying to find my groove. Hypertrophy squat tomorrow, I don't know yet what I'm going to hit for 8+, all I know is, it's going to be a lot.
