SS workout 9
170.5x4x1 just missed the last rep
I feel hard done by on this workout. Squats are feeling heavier and im getting close to my PR. bench press i failed on my very last rep, which i didnt expect to. i just didnt have it in me on the day. next workout i'll destroy 170.5. DL's are coming along, im just being very careful with these and allowing my from to adjust to the heavier weights. if it even falters slightly i'll not increase the weight until it is 100%. last thing i need right now is another injury.
