I am just plain lazy.
I don't want to.
On average including travel to and from work + actual work 50+ to 60 hours a week. I still find an hour a day 4-5 days a week to get results.
There are plenty of great workout programs that take 30 mins a day. The sad truth is that the only person they are hurting is themselves and possibly their families. Then they wonder why they have health problems when they get older and can not do anything. Unless a person is working 16 hours a day 7 days a week they can find sometime.
Oh and Gods Gladiator: Your dad is lucky to not be sleeping on the couch after saying no. That was so the wrong answer.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
