Hyper Lower (but more like leg machine day...)

Tred-10 mins-incline-moderate pace

Leg Curl
45 x 10
30 x 15
30 x 10

Leg Extensions
45 x 15
45 x 15
45 x 15

Abductor
60 x 20
60 x 20

Adductor
60 x 20
60 x 20

Standing Calf Raise
30 x 15
30 x 15

Bike Sprints x 5 for 30 secs each
(on the bike for 10 mins total)

The gym was crowded today, and I was going to do lunges, but this guy was hogging the space. I'll save lunges for my heavy day. Those sprints kill me, but they are effective.
