There it is, cross a 500 deadlift off the list, we are on to 600 this year. Weighed in right at 178 today. It feels good to pick up heavy things off the ground. And thank God that I don't have to lift weights tomorrow, I think the 225 good morning for 15 was worse than the 500 pull. Hypertrophy bench Saturday and Hypertrophy squat Sunday.
