Nothing special, pretty average. Could have hit= 295 for 2. Next heavy day, I'll look for 300 for 2. Nothing special, nothing bad, but this was just a warm-up. The real deal is tomorrow, heavy squat. First heavy squat day in a month (since the meet). Time to go to work. "Pounding out aggression, turns into obsession cannot kill the battery."
