Workout Machine Dynamic Warmup

Front Squats
155, 170, 185, 200, 215, 225x3

30, 50, 70, 90, 110x5

Plyo Pushups
BWx3, 8 sets

Stretching, Foam rolling

Numbers slowly going up. First front squat workout was 210 a few weeks ago, I've added 5 lbs each workout. Hoping to keep pushing it beltless, than maybe add a belt and see if that helps when I stall.
