Tonight was a GOOD night. I haven't trained this hard for awhile. I definately lost some strength..which is a bummer....but hopefully I will regain it soon! Tomorrow is deadlift day! I am a little nervous dl'ing at my new gym..because people don't know me yet. But...we'll see what happens.
