Thanks hopefully I can continue this deadlifting success.
I think by deadlifting every week and cutting it 1-2 reps short of failure has worked great and doing the same on squats.
This next wave I am going to be squatting on tuesday instead of monday and see if that helps my squat get stronger from an extra day of rest. Plus my weekend starts on tuesdays.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
