*This made no sense. I am still sick and took nyquil which wiped me out and I did not want to wakeup at all. I was about to continue sleeping and by the time I finally woke up I had 30 mins to workout before I had to get ready to go to work. Warmups felt really heavy and I thought I was gonna stop at 460. But then I get to 460 and it flys up like an empty bar. The I continue with my plan to hit 520 for 3 and I do it rather easily but stopped because I was gassed from being congested. Had I been feeling better I woulda went for a new 1rm. Then, I took it easy and deloaded on the assistance.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
