Yeah--I never cared about my bf%. The guy just asked..and so I answered. I actually like to take "before" and "after" pictures--because THEN I can really see results. I don't even care about how much I weigh...because as long as I feel good, and look good...that's all that matters-to me.
Someone asked about my diet? Well. I'm not doing anything drastic. Just make smart choices when it comes to eating. Less fried foods...less sugar...no soda...no fast food...more fruits...more veggies...more protein...more fiber...etc.
As for my training schedule? I will hit the gym as often as I can. I'm shooting for 4-6 days a week. I using the same method I used when I was training with Jeremy, because it worked. Why change a good thing? Anyways...I alternate my upper and lower body. I also alternate how heavy I lift, and how many reps I do. So my workout look like this:
day 1-Hyper Upper
day 2-Hyper Lower
day 3-Heavy Upper
day 4-Heavy Lower
REPEAT!
This method also helps keep my attention--I don't get bored with training.
Anyways--I hope that answered all the questions. And, thanks to all of your support! It makes me more excited to lift.
Now...Off to the gym!!
