For those of you who don't know, this is my 2nd journal on ABC. I wanted to start a new one, because I wanted to start fresh. I will be logging my workouts on here for my benefit-and to get input from others who train.
A little about me:
I recently graduated from Southeast Missouri State University
I'm currently a server at my Mother's restaurant.
My dream career is to become a Meteorologist on a News Station. This "dream" is becoming more of a reality.
My Deadlift PR-215lbs
My Squat PR- ....
My Bench PR- 90lbs
Obviously, to be a healthier person. I want to lose about 20-30 lbs. I also want to increase my PRs. Deadlifting is my favorite, and I want to see how much weight I can move.
How I will reach my Goals:
Train 4-6 times a week.
Stop drinking soda.
Stop eating fast food.
