I was looking back through my journal here and I noticed I used to do a lot more exercises each workout then I do now. Also, I noticed that I should be a lot stronger than I am now too. Honestly, I think I need to man up and push myself harder. Ever since I started training at home I feel like the intensity has not been good enough. I have made progress but not enough but that is going to change.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
