gains in squats are coming more slowly now...my plan is to add some more caloires to my day and try to get myself to grow a little more to get stronger or to give me addedd energy for the heavy sets..either way, made progress today...all lifts are coming along very nicely at this time...unsure how long it will be until i blast DC...2 more weeks of starting strenght? as long as im progressing...BRING IT ON!
