26 Dec. workout was nothing special to report..wanted to get some swimming in w/ my father in law, ended up doing some light lifting before hand..i was late to the gym so i did bis, tris, shoulders w/ him...just light DBs, and a few laps in the pool...time to hit it hard and get back on track starting tomorrow morning!.
bodyweight is up last time i checked 200.4 on 23 DEC.
