Thanks commander, i am for 5 lbs each workout...and i give all my credit to your journal...that hip drive thing is really helping me. before i was trying to stay too upright and getting stuck at the bottom w/ heavy weights..im rolling now!

Thanks workoutMchne, i blame the first half my log on muscle memory...now im passing where i used to be before my surgery...y did i not give SS a shot before??? its been an eye opener
