*Great day 9.5 out of 10. I was in the zone today which was suprising because my tris and lats were still sore from sunday. I broke my inc bench pr by 5 and then by 10 and hit a triple at my old 1rm at 280.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
