I know lol. It is the longest I stuck with a program in a long time (4 weeks). Yesterday I got a little side tracked tho. I was supposed to do a max rep set at 275 on bench but felt good and did two more sets. I was going to do body part splits after the main lifts but got bored with that so I am mostly back to upper/lower. I would like to add in some strongman stuff but it is too cold out and I am lacking in time.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
