* Ok nothing great 7 out of 10. Only got the minimum 5 reps today on squats really wasn't feeling strong on those I was supposed to deload this week but that is no fun lol. Starting doing donkey calf raises after ssq calf and my leather belt that I loop through my power belt to hold the weight 180lbs snapped and the weight collapsed lol. It was a good run it held up great now I either have to buy a real dip belt or use another leather pants belt.
