*Felt tired at the start because I actually slept last night. Took awhile to get warm but then I felt pretty good. 9 out of 10. As long as I keep the PRs coming I am good.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
