*Great day 9.5. Hit a 2 rep pr on the bench right after taking a short nap even though I was tired because I worked every shift over the last week and am trying to sleep when I can. Video will be up tommorow probably. Tommorow is week 3 deadlifts I can't wait. I am skipping the deload next week and starting over at week 3 with minor weight increases because I am feeling good. I will also start bulking next week.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
