thoughts on soy?
What is everyone's opinion about consuming food products with soy protein?
i'm not talking about eating tofu every day or even consuming soy every day. I am more concerned with peoples thoughts of eating a handful of edamame seeds every so often, baked soy crisps in place of potato chips, or the occasional tofu in that random soup you eat?
i don't make it a habit to eat soy, but i'm not so stressed about making sure i don't consume any of it. i don't really see any harm in consuming small amounts of soy infrequently and wanted to see what other people thought.
